Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 7 Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
We also offer international shipping to select GCC countries and worldwide. Rates and times shown at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM GST, Saturday to Thursday
  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, UAE public holidays, or after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Pre-orders & custom items: Processing time stated on the product page.

Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Remote areas may add 1-2 days.

4. International Shipping - GCC & Worldwide

  • GCC: 4-7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Rest of World: 7-14 business days.
  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order via the link provided or in your account under "Order History".

We use trusted courier partners including Aramex, DHL, SMSA, and local last-mile providers.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, re-shipping fees will apply.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If delivery fails, the package will be held at the local depot for 5 days. Storage fees or return-to-sender fees may apply if unclaimed.

8. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, public holidays, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the order is handed to the courier, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

9. VAT

All prices include 5% VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. Your invoice will show the VAT amount separately.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at [your email] with your order number.
  • Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days. We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
